Girl greatness is a coaching program aimed at equipping high school girls from the ages of 14 to 18 with simple but essential skills that are needed for one to make a difference and impact the world today.It aims at helping girls discover their potential; nurture their talents and encourage them to pursue their dreams and aspirations.

Girl Greatness is sub-divided into three programs and these are:-

1.GIRL Intellect
Girl intellect focuses on reading and writing skills. It involves teaching the girls how to write book reports, summaries, articles, short stories and the art of note-making as well as the importance of expressing one's self through writing. It encourages the girls to develop the habit of reading as it is a habit one must adopt to be knowledgeable and well informed. It also encourages the girls to be aware of current affairs and world issues.


2.GIRL Express
Girl Express focuses on presentation skills. It aims at teaching the girls how to write and present speeches, how to conduct debates, discussions; research and the skill of public speaking. It helps the girls get comfortable and confident when it comes to addressing the public. It teaches them how to voice out their opinions and views on a public platform. These skills will enable the girls to interact, network and voice out their opinions.

3.GIRL Aspire
Girl Aspire is the third program. This focuses on the importance of having dreams,goals and aspirations. It teaches and demonstrates to them the inportance of having good role models. It helps the girls nurture their dreams and encourages them to pursue their individual goals. It helps the girls identify mentors who will guide them as they pursue their dreams through encouragement and personal accountability.

Each progarms runs for 8 sessions and the whole project is completed in 24 sessions. The project is carried out in a fun environment but there is seriousness to it. It uses games and other activities to teach the girls these various skills. The project mentors 10 girls at a time. These girls are selected by their teachers.

It will be conducted in private middle class schools and public schools as well. The reason behind this is to create a network of girls from different walks of life who support and encourage eachother, thereby bridging the gap between girls from middle class families and those from under privileged families.

At the end of the project, Girl Greatness intends to produce girls who are confident;daring and ready to make an impact in both their schools and their communities.
