WHY HAVE I ESTABLISHED THE PROJECT?

I have always been a person interested in people. Interested in the way people think, their opinions,views and the reasons behind them. i have found that it is very easy for me to talk to people even if i am meeting them for the first time.

I can get people to talk, open up and relax. i believe it is a natural God given talent i have been blessed with. I find it very easy to relate to people and this makes it easy for them to talk to me. I love hearing people's stories and I am honestly interested in knowimg their experiences and how they face the challenges of life.

I freely share my experiences because i believe that as much as we learn from our mistakes, we can also learn from the mistakes of others. Over the years i have discovered that people are willing to share their dreams and aspirations with me. It is because of this that i decided to embark on this project.

One of the constant things i have noticed is that many people have dreams and aspirations but they rarely do anything about them. This is due to different reasons; some of them are valid and justifiable but others are just plain excuses. Don't get me wrong! I'm not trying to point fingers here. i have had my fair share of excuses.

There have been plenty of previous ideas that i have had that have (like most ideas) remained just ideas. Buried in the depths of my brain; only to be revived when they come to mind after someone else who had the same idea carried it through. Going after what you want or stepping out on your ideas takes great faith and courage, which most of us never quite get round to gathering.

Why is that so? well we are afraid of failing, afraid of being laughed at when things go bust. But then the question we should really ask ourselves is "What is the worst that could happen?". After asking myself this question i realised that there was actually nothing to fear. This is why i am following my own dream by doing this project.

I Love and enjoy encouraging people and motivating them to do the things that fuel their passion and satisfy their life's purpose and i find that this project is the best platform for me to do this. Since this is my first project, i have decided to start with girls as i feel they are the most that i can relate to right now.

My project aims at teaching girls important writing skills which as an author of my own fiction novel i feel i can offer. I will also equip them with presentation skills and help them nurture their own dreams and talents. If i can go after my dreams, anyone can!. I want them to have the same passion for life and their life's purpose as i have developed for mine.
